The agreement between you and Medalock — what the service includes, how billing works, and where the service ends.

Pricing and billing (already fixed)
Medalock costs $9 per month for each protected platform. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in your local currency at the equivalent price, and taxes may apply.
Cancellation is handled in your app store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current period; protection and recovery support end when the subscription ends.
Limits of the service
Medalockis a security and support service. It is not a social media platform, and it has no authority over any platform’s decisions about an account.
Medalock does not guarantee that any account will be recovered, restored or reinstated. Recovery outcomes are decided by the platform that holds the account. What we commit to is managing and supporting the recovery process for eligible accounts. Subject to eligibility and service terms. The Recovery Terms set out the detail.

Medalock is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, TikTok, Apple, or Google. Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
